How this business uses your loyalty card details

Last updated 16 October 2026

Who is responsible

The business runs this loyalty card and decides how your details are used, so it is the controller of your information. The card itself is hosted for them by Cyber-Jack, a UK software studio, which acts only on their instructions as their processor.

What we keep

Why, and on what basis

Your details are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone else except the companies that keep the service running (hosting and network security by Cyber-Jack and Cloudflare; email delivery by Brevo if offer emails are switched on). Your details are stored in the UK.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use your card. If you haven't visited for 24 months, your card and everything on it is deleted automatically. You can delete it yourself at any time (below).

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your details. The quickest way:

If you're unhappy with how your information is handled, please tell the business first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Your card page doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your card link so it opens straight away next time.
